If you purchased the plan through our website or app directly, you can cancel your plan before your next auto-renewal (scheduled payment) to avoid further charges. If you cancel your plan subscription, you will still have access to the plan benefits until the end of the current billing period. You can follow these steps below to cancel your current package:


Android APP

1. Log in to your CATCHPLAY+ account

2. Click the menu button【≡】and select Profile

3. Scroll down to see and select your active plan

4. Select Cancel Plan

5. On successful cancellation, the page will show the cancellation details

6. If you still can't cancel your plan after following these steps above, please click the CONTACT US button below


Smartphone Browser (Chrome or Safari)

1. Log in to your CATCHPLAY+ account

2. Click the menu button【≡】and select Profile  or

3. Scroll down to see and select your active plan

4. Select Cancel Plan

5. On successful cancellation, the page will show the cancellation details

PC or Mac Browser (Chrome or Safari)

1. Log in to your CATCHPLAY+ account

2. Click the to access  My Account

3. Scroll down to see and select your active plan

4. Select Cancel Plan

5. On successful cancellation, the page will show the cancellation details

6. If you still can't cancel your plan after following these steps above, please click the CONTACT US button below 



Cancel through iOS APP

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel via CATCHPLAY+ iOS App directly if you purchased your plan through Apple's In-App-Purchase. You need to cancel it through the In-App-Purchase directly. If you subscribed through Chrome/Safari browser, please follow the steps above to cancel it.

iOS APP (In-App-Purchase)

1. Launch the Settings app

2. Tap iTunes & App Store

3. Tap on your Apple ID and tap View Apple ID

4. Enter your Apple ID password or biometric ID when prompted

5. Tap Subscriptions

6. Select the subscription which you want to cancel, and click Cancel Subscription

7. If you have successfully canceled your subscription, the subscription page will not display the cancel subscription button.

  • Please note that uninstalling your App will not unsubscribe your membership.
